KIND OF, but I mean, more than anything it's super-surreal. It's my favorite movie EVAR. It's French! And one of the main characters is played by Ron Perlman (that dude that played the beast in the 80's TV show Beauty and the Beast.) The main characters are this stupid but kind strongman named One, and a little orphan street-rat girl. The strongman had been taking care of this little orphan boy, but the little boy got abducted by a religious cult of "cyclops", and delivered to this crazy dude who can't dream and thus keeps trying to steal the dreams of children, but whenever he does so they become nightmares. One sets out to rescue his "little brother" with the help of the orphan girl. It's AWESOME.

You know the guy who made Amelie? He did this one too.
