V FOR VENDETTA IS VERY VERY GOOD.

I enjoyed it. It has Stephen Fry and excellent use of the Benny Hill theme. <3 <3 <3!!
(among other things, of course)

Oh my god, I loved V for Vendetta. I LOVED the Benny Hill bit! XD I was also tickled to find that the guy who played the supreme chancellor was the guy who played the hero in the 1984 movie. |3 Since V for Vendetta is 1984: The Action Movie.

That and UltraViolet, but perhaps that's a matinee. I have a feeling that'll be like Princess Blade (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0310149/), which was fun but a little hokey.

And I admit that I 1)want to see UltraViolet and 2)rented Princess Blade just because my own character, Razorsharp (http://www.shadowspace.net/razor1.html), wields a blade. But anyway.

I haven't seen Ultraviolet but unfotunately anyone I know who has seen it has said it's a catastrophe. Like an even-the-fight-scenes-were-bad catastrophe. ^^; I almost went to see it just bcause of Milla Jovovich but ultimately decided the ticket price wasn't really worth it.

I remember watching The Princess Blade a long time ago, and I remember being really frustrated at it for being so dramatic and ending so depressingly. And something about a sword getting stabbed through a hand which made me cringe >__>

DO go see V for Vendetta though. There's no swords but there are knives. And it's still FANTASTIC anyhow. ^^
