I NEARLY WITNESSED A BEATING
Jun. 12th, 2006 11:52 pmWe were just walking around the park right MINDING OUR OWN BUSINESS, me, my sister, Russell and Allison, and we turn around the bathroom building and he accidently bumps into a little girl on a scooter. He apoligizes and we laughed at him for being a dweeb and the little girl was like "HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING" all mean like. So we laughed at him some more. We continue on our leisurely stroll when this big guy with tatoos and a leather vest with no shirt underneath and a big ol' beer gut hanging out rolls up on a scooter like the little girl's.
He gets off the scooter and stops us and is like "Hey, did one of you run into a little girl just now?" and we're all like uuuuuuuuuuuhhhh and Russell's like "yeah it was totally an accident and I'm so sorry," and the guy's goes on saying that it was his daughter and one of us girls laughed at her or something and Russell goes on (because we were all dumbfounded and scared of this guy) "No man, they were laughing at me, completely." and then he asks us all how old we are, and we're all over eighteen so he accuses us of assault on a minor or something. And then he chews us out some more, swearing all the while and then he says he'll let it go but that he doesn't forget faces. So we all go "oooooh shiiiiit" as he's going away and we're like OK TIME TO GO
BUT
As we're making our way through the parking lot the guy yells at us to come back. Soooo to not enrage him further we go back and he's like "You have to apologize to my daughter" so we follow him down to where the rest of his family is and Russell apologizes to her profusely. Frankly, the girl didn't seem all that bothered and had this face like "man who is the guy I don't even care" but anyway. Then the guy shakes russell's hand and we go.
And... that was scary. According to Russell the guy totally smelled of alcohol. And then Allison was like "Whatever I'm from a Mexican family, I know that guy wouldn't have beat you up with his kids around, that's just how we are," and we were like man shut UP.
Anyway.
That was really scary :(
